Fatemeh Ghaderinezhad, PhD
Founder & CEO
“Driven by curiosity, defined by freedom.”
Fatemeh is a Data & AI transformation leader with a PhD in Statistics and more than a decade of experience across industry and academia. She combines technical depth with business vision, helping leaders move from AI ambition to clear priorities, responsible decisions, and solutions their organisations can genuinely adopt.
Her distinctive strength is the ability to operate across worlds that are too often separated: executive strategy and technical delivery; data and decision-making; innovation and organisational reality. Her work spans Data & AI strategy, decision intelligence, responsible AI, transformation design, cross-functional leadership, and adoption.
Alongside her work as Founder and CEO of Lucivics, Fatemeh is a university lecturer and course instructor for academic and business audiences. She also contributes as a Committee Member of Women Data Professionals, supporting greater visibility, participation, and leadership for women in data.
As a mentor and coach, she brings a strong understanding of human behaviour, motivation, and organisational dynamics to the way she supports leaders and teams. This psychological perspective shapes a practical belief at the heart of Lucivics: transformation succeeds when technology, decisions, and people are designed together.
